The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today unveiled a short video designed to further educate consumers on the difference between fixed and variable electric rates, according to Senator Scott Hutchinson.
The video can be found on the PUC website www.puc.pa.gov, the PAPowerSwitch website www.PAPowerSwitch.com and on the PUC’s YouTube channel.
The video is the first in a series of one-minute videos highlighting key aspects of choosing and staying with a competitive supplier, and recent actions taken by the Commission to enhance the shopping experience for consumers.
The PUC is planning future videos on how to use the sorting and filtering feature of the online shopping tool, cancellation fees and ways to save energy.
