SB 526 (Gordner) – amends the Second Class Township Code to change the deadlines for completing and publishing the Annual Township Report and Financial Statement.
- A03306 – replaces a provision allowing online publication of a township’s annual report with the option to publish a summary of the report in a newspaper of general circulation.
HB 904 (Gingrich) – amends the First Class Township Code to further provide for property maintenance codes, reserved powers, and the Uniform Construction Code.
HB 906 (Harper) – amends the First Class Township Code further providing for removal of elected township officers for failure to perform duties.
SB 791 (Eichelberger) – amends the Second Class Township Code further providing for removal of elected township officers for failure to perform duties.
HB 910 (Harper) – amends Act 35 of 1953, pertaining to incorporated towns, regarding the removal of elected officers for failure to perform duties.
HB 909 (Ross) – amends the Real Estate Tax Sale Law by authorizing county tax claim bureaus to incur and recover reasonably necessary costs for the rehabilitation and maintenance of property exposed to, but not sold at, an upset sale.
