- SB 515 (Mensch) – Amends the Tax Reform Code to raise the cap on the Net Operating Loss (NOL) carryforward amount.
- HB 453 (Ryan) – Amends the Fiscal Code in the Department of Auditor General further providing for audits of agencies receiving State aid.
- HB 1071 (Farry) – Amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes prohibiting bans, fees, surcharges and taxes on recyclable plastic bags.
