
Oil City, PA – Senator Scott Hutchinson is hosting a free license plate replacement event to help residents whose plates are damaged or illegible. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 13, from 3 to 5 p.m. at his Oil City District Office located at 229 Elm Street, Oil City, PA 16301.
Drivers with plates that are peeling, blistering, discolored, or unreadable from 50 feet away are encouraged to attend. Police will be on-site to inspect license plates and assist with the necessary PennDOT paperwork. Vehicle registration is required, and there is no fee for this service.
Replacement plates will be mailed directly to residents’ homes once the request is processed.
